Punarved Bioceutical Private Ltd. gives you the option to replace or return the products bought on punarved.com within 7 days of the receipt of the order. We will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note if the product requested is out of stock.

 

When Returns and Exchanges are not possible.

 

There are certain circumstances where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges.

 

 

 

• Open or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.

 

• For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, products will not be applicable for return. Please consult doctor before buying any of our products.

 

• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

 

• Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.

 

• Product is tempered.

 

• Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.

You will be requested to share images/product details etc. If the product received is not up to Punarved Bioceutical Private Ltd., you will receive a replacement, exchange, or refund for the same.
