Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Job Description

As Sales Executive you will be the face of the company for our clients. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team! your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. He/she will work closely with sales managers and the sales team to promote our cosmetics & healthcare products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business by using various sales methods like Cold Calling, Personal Field Meetings, Referral Meetings, Presentations.
  • Meeting Distributors, Resellers, Retailers and pitching Ayurvedic products.
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit clients on a recurring basis.
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
  • Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
